Job Description
4-6 years of experience in sales, insurance, health industry, FMCG’s, Seeds & Fertilizers, NGOs / MFIs with emphasis on establishing / servicing channel partners / sales partners / dealers & distributors ( both Retail & Wholesale ) and implementing Social projects in Rural India.JOB PURPOSE: 1. Build rapport with the Rural Channels both Direct & Indirect.2. Ensure customer delight through prompt delivery of required services.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Achieve set targets for customer relations & customer satisfaction2. Achieve all customer relationship based targets as defined from time to time including targets ona. Customer Satisfaction Levelsb. Quick Customer query Resolution, etc3. Initiate & Develop customer relations strategies, plans, forecasts and budgets.4. Administrative and Training Functions1. Maintain and handle MIS and BI tools efficiently to gather information on customer relationships on a constant basis.2. Assist the product team with requisite data to develop tailor made products for corporate customers.3. Establish and manage the Customer Relationship effectively.4. Develop training requirements.3. Representative Functions1. Function as the key contact point for all escalated client issues.2. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of philosophy, procedures and reporting in his department, 3. Maintain customer relations and relations with key accounts4. Ensure compliance in all necessary areas pertaining to customer relations.
Desired Candidate Profile
