Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing and PR functions of the organisation. High energy levels, good personality and communication skills, good presentation skills and an individual with a creative bent of mind is required for this job. The business domains that the individual will handle would be recruitment services, training and candidate services. People who have some prior exposure to any of these domains would be preferred. We will also consider a fresher if he/she shows exceptional potential. Experience in dealing with media agencies will also be an added advantage. Job would involve networking with corporates and management institutions. Candidate must be very comfortable with computers especially powerpoint and excel. English communication skill must be of the highest order. Candidates with average communication skills need not apply. Job would also involve prospecting for business via the internet for clients abroad. The position will be based in Kolkata office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with atleast 1 year experience in a similar role will be preferred but freshers can also apply. Job may entail a bit of travel. The primary need is for a person with energy and enthusiasm. He/she will be guided in this function by a team of highly qualified and experinced individuals. We put a lot of emphasis on the academic background of our employees. Candidates must have secured first division and come from good school and college. We don't consider any profiles with poor academics.
